I wanted to invite you to be praying for our leadership team as we meet for our fourth annual leadership retreat on November 21 and 22. As the staff, council, and spouses spend that time together over the weekend, our goal is to reflect on the past year and clarify how God is continuing to call us into our three vision goals from last year’s retreat.

Please pray for the Spirit to move in a recognizable way. Please pray for this team to dream bold, kingdom-sized dreams.

We’re excited to have received grant money from the BIC as part of our Project 250 goal of “helping BIC U.S. congregations better understand the nature of healthy and reproducing congregations.” Those funds have allowed us to bring in Kerry Hoke, who will be leading us through some reflective work to help us continue growing in healthy ways. ~ Pastor Steve
